My Passion for Music

Hello, my name is Lynn Ueno, and I am 14 years old. I want to become a pianist that can bring people what they seek- whether it is joy, nostalgia, sadness, thrill, or entertainment. Music is a language everyone speaks no matter if they can play music or not and doesn't need words to speak, which means it is one of the languages where you can describe things, for example an abstract concept like emotions, in better detail. Composers such as Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin used this language to spread their thoughts and emotions around the world, and their stories survived time to reach us. These composers told us their own ideas, but it's also a musician's duty to communicate these ideas to the world in their own interpretation of that very idea. That is why music is so beautiful, because it is built out of the emotions of many people combined. I want to unite the world up again through music, and that is my joy as well as my mission.
